KUTCH No. 19 — Viraj (Indigo/Camo)
Presence, in quiet power.
A reworked army jacket featuring a traditional Kutch block print, layered with tonal camouflage and naturally dyed in indigo. Finished with mirror embroidery by Rabari women artisans.
Made from memory. Worn with intention.
This piece carries a traditional Kutch block print — an ode to the region’s textile heritage and the artisans who continue to preserve it.
Built on a vintage army jacket, the indigo tones create depth and movement across the surface. Geometric forms emerge subtly through the fabric, giving the piece structure without heaviness.
Mirror embroidery is placed with intention along the placket and collar, drawing the eye through the garment with quiet rhythm.
Grounded. Present. Assured.
